Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Tracking is sent the same day of dispatch so you are able to follow all the details of your shipment.
As we try our utmost best to be as responsive as possible, we only offer tracked shipping.
This helps you (and us) be as confident with the delivery process as possible. Having tracked shipping ensures we are able to locate your parcel at all times.
Tracked shipping starts from $13.00 + P&H and may increase depending on parcel size or weight.
Express post is also an option.
*Please note express selection does not prioritise your order as urgent.
Once your order has been dispatched it is now in the hands of Australia Post.
Any issues with your item (e.g: not yet received) must be taken up with Australia post direct.
Extra cover/ insurance is also an option upon request.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy of no refunds or exchanges is as per the policy set out by the Office of Fair Trading as Follows:
‘We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.’ However, you can choose a refund or exchange - if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item has a problem that would have prevented an
individual from purchasing the item if they had known about it prior to purchase.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within these guidelines. If you do find that the product you received has a manufacturing defect or is faulty in any way,
please email us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org
within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include photos of the faulty product and as much information as possible for feedback to our supplier.
Once this is received, we will endeavour to come back to you within 5 business days of the receipt of your email.
